本所是由青年律师共同创办的、由法律研究生、法律双学士组成的、并经江苏省司法厅批准于1997年12月18日成立的合伙制律师事务所，为社会提供各类法律服务。服务宗旨是利用律师的智慧和专业技能，充分运用法律和其他社会有用资源，帮助客户实现利益化。
